Remark

  • Delivery service includes Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories of HKSAR.
  • Tung Chung, airport, Discovery Bay, Restricted area and outlying islands are excluded.
  • As Ma Wan is restricted area, delivery time is 1030 – 1600.
  • Products will be delivered in 2 working days.

2. Miscellaneous

If there is any dispute, Jointek reserves all right for final decision of delivery.

    • Every purchase over HK$1200, delivery charge waived.
    • For purchase below HK$1200, delivery charge HK$120 is imposed.
    • Customers pick up products at shops, no surcharge imposed.(If the wine is out of stock at the shop, it will take 3-5 business days for delivery arragement) 
    • Delivery charge includes tunnel fare, any parking fee or others fee will claim as customer’s expenses.
    • Delivery charge will quote to customers for Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay and outlying islands.
    • Additional HK$250 will charge for urgent or appointed time delivery order.
    • Customers are requested to examine goods at the time of delivery. If a bottle of wine is considered to be faulty, please notify us or call customer service to help.
    • There are no return for any product in special offer. Customers are requested to examine goods at the time of delivery.
    • In case, customers request return or refund, please call our customer service hotline (852) 2517 8282 within the date of delivery.
    • No return or refund shall be made in regards of any reasons after 7 days from date of delivery, customers will be treated as accepted the products. Jointek has reserved the right to refuse to return any signed products.
    • Customers must present valid original receipt for return or refund of products.
    • Delivery service is not available if no lift or no authorized loading area nearby of the delivery address. Customer shall notify Jointek to reschedule or change delivery address.
    • It is the responsibility of customer to notify Jointek Fine Wine any change of delivery time or address. Jointek reserves the right to impose delivery surcharge.
    • Delivery service will be suspended when black rain warning or typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted. Jointek will reschedule the delivery time.

沒有提供送貨服務

  • 送貨服務僅限於香港特別行政區的香港島、九龍及新界。
  • 送貨服務不適用於東湧、赤鱲角機場、愉景灣、離島及任何管制區域。
  • 由於馬灣是限制區域,因此馬灣的送貨時段只適用於上午10:30至下午4時。
  • 貨品於2個工作天內送貨。

2. 送貨其他條款

    • 凡購物滿HK$1,200或以上,即可享免費送貨服務。
    • 惠顧HK$1,200以下,送貨服務費HK$120,若顧客到店自取則免收送貨費(如店舖沒有現貨,需3-5工作天以作運送安排)。
    • 送貨費用只包括隧道費,額外停車場收費會如實報銷。
    • 東湧、赤鱲角機場、愉景灣、離島則需另行報價。
    • 指定時間或緊急送貨服務額外收費HK$250。
    • 顧客於收取貨品時必須立刻檢查貨品是否有損毀。如有損毀,請立即通知送貨人員或致電客戶服務部安排更換貨品。
    • 特價貨品 恕不退換, 請顧客或收貨人於收取貨品時必須立刻檢查貨品是否有損毀。
    • 如顧客要求退貨或換貨,必須於收貨時致電客戶服務熱線+852 2517 8282與客戶服務員聯絡。
    • 顧客於七日後會被視為接受所送貨品,之後亦不能以任何原因退貨或換貨,本公司有權拒絕更換已簽收之貨品。
    • 顧客要求退貨或換貨,必須出示有效的收據作退換。
    • 如沒有升降機或升降機故障以及無合法的卸貨區,顧客應通知駿德酒業更改送貨日期或地點。
    • 送貨地址或時間有任何變更,顧客有責任實時通知,駿德酒業將保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。
    • 當黑色暴雨警告生效或八號烈風懸掛時送貨服務會暫停或延遲,駿德酒業會另行通知送貨時間。
    • 如有任何爭議,駿德酒業保留最終決定權利送付貨品。
